Well and Septic Evaluations

L.E.H.P. Management, Inc. works with local businesses, educational facilities and local governmental entites to provide real estate transaction well and septic evaluations. Our team of experts handles everything from the evaluation to sending samples for testing and reporting back to the client or representative all findings.


We offer flexible scheduling and SentriLock access anytime during daylight hours, to meet your evaluation needs! Appointments are subject to inspector availability and laboratory requirements.

Due to sample analysis constraints, well evaluations can not be scheduled on Saturdays. Well evaluations scheduled for Thursday afternoons or Friday may require additional fee(s) (min. $80.00) due to increased lab and transportation charges.

We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround! 90% of our evaluations take less than 4 days from the initial request to the e-mailing of the report!

**Surcharges

Surcharges will be applied to services provided outside of Boone / Winnebago / Whiteside Counties. They are determined by distance in miles from our well and septic offices, located at Alpine & E. State St., Rockford, IL. or Hwy 40 & Hwy 2, Sterling, IL. and are in addition to our regular costs.
